Unicell Powdered Cellulose PF is natural insoluble cellulose fibers derived from trees and fibrous plants. Cellulose is the natural building material of all plant structures. Unicell PF fibers are produced in five standard fiber lengths: 30, 75, 90, 200 and 500 microns. These are neutral in flavour and odour, and has the appearance of a white powder.
Unicell cellulose fiber blends easily with other ingredients to reduce fat pick-up during frying, is an excellent zero calorie functional bulking agent and can also enhance the flowability of many food products.
