Apple Fiber AP


Apple fiber AP is a preparation obtained from apple pomace after purfication, micronization (mechanical grinding to micron size), and sterilization (heat – steam). The product does not contain any chemicals and/or additives, and is 100% natural.

Apple Fiber AP can be used to boost the solid contents of certain food products such as ketchup, tomato sauce and marmelade. In addition, adding this fiber to breads can extend shelf-life.
