Cocoa Fiber is a preparation obtained from roasted cocoa husks by cleaning, macerating (mechanical grinding to a few dozen microns) and sterilization (heat-steam).
The production process is only physical process. The product doesn’t contain any chemicals added and it is 100% natural product.

Free-flowing powder with uniform consistency
Brown colour, the taste and aroma characteristic for cocoa, without off-taste and foreign smells.

Application:
The preparation can be used as an additive to bakery and other industries. It may replaces up to 100% cocoa powder in baked goods and chocolate products.
